Privacy notice

This notice explains how Executrz ("we") handles personal data submitted through executrz.com, in line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its Executive Regulations.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: name, job title, company, email, phone, country, company size, timeline, interests and your message.
• Booking a call: name, company, email, phone, preferred call method, notes and your time zone.
• Squirrel waitlist: email and, if you choose, role and company.
• Technical data: your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold the call you booked, and contact you about Squirrel access if you joined the waitlist. We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on our website hosting provider's servers, which may be located outside Oman, and notification emails pass through our email provider. We limit access to what is needed to respond to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and bookings are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Waitlist entries are kept until Squirrel access is offered or you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@executrz.com. We will respond within the period the law requires.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A session cookie is used only on the private admin page.
