Company
AI that executes.
Executrz is an AI and automation firm based in Muscat, Oman. We help organisations across the GCC move AI from ambition to systems that run in daily operations.
Mission & vision
Mission
Executrz builds practical AI for organisations across the Gulf: one high-value workflow at a time, measured, governed, and then scaled.
We start where the work is: the inbox, the approval chain, the document that gets written every week. We agree what success looks like, build the smallest system that proves it, and only then expand.
Vision
A Gulf where AI does dependable work in every organisation's working day, governed and accountable to the people who run it.
Programmes such as Oman Vision 2040 set the direction for a digital economy. Our part is practical: AI doing real work next to people, beyond the pilot.
What we hold ourselves to.
Every engagement ends with something running in production, not a slide.
We pilot one workflow and agree success metrics before anything expands.
We use our own AI, Squirrel, every working day before we recommend anything to a client.
Data stays where it should, access is controlled, and decisions are documented.
We understand regional procurement, how decisions are made, and local data rules, including Oman's Personal Data Protection Law.
Founder-led, by design.
Every engagement is led personally, from the first discovery call to go-live. No hand-offs to a junior team.
Founder-led
Senior attention on every engagement
Executrz was founded by a practitioner with years in enterprise technology across the GCC, working with organisations on how technology is chosen, bought and put to work. The firm exists to close a gap seen again and again: AI that impressed in a demo but never reached daily operations.
The person who scopes your engagement is the person who designs and builds it. Squirrel, the AI chief of staff that runs Executrz's own working day, was built the same way.
